If blisters have presented a road block to getting you back out on the track, let us share a few tips with you!

  Before putting on your favorite walking sneakers, check your feet for 3 things. 

                Are they clean?     Remove any dirt that may be on your feet, or in your shoes.

                Are they dry?         Start off with dry feet before you put on your socks.   It’s ideal to use a synthetic  sock verses cotton sock to keep moisture in check.

               Are they  cool ?     Start off with cool feet before putting them to work.  This will keep your feet more  comfortable and decrease blister formation especially for long walks.
